Approached via the main farmyard gravelled drive the entrance to this cottage opens onto a large airy and lofted lounge dining area with French windows leading onto the 100ft private garden to the rear of the property.
Ground floor: lounge/dining area, separate kitchen with all modern appliances, twin bedroom with TV and washbasin, main bathroom with large bath and overhead shower.
Two separate galleried staircases lead to large landing areas.
First floor south end: Landing area (with room for cot) leading to bedroom with king size bed TV and washbasin.
First floor north end: Landing area (with room for cot) leading to twin bedroom with TV and washbasin.
Inclusive of linen, central heating, electricity and laundry facilities.
Parking for 2 cars.

Prices are per week unless otherwise stated (Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am) and based on 6 sharing.

Prices include : Bed linen, central heating & hot water, electricity, washing machines / dryers. Towels available at an additional charge of £10.00 per week. A deposit of £100.00 is required on weekly bookings, £50 for short breaks.

Bookings are reserved for 5 days and confirmed on receipt of deposit. We ask that cottages are left clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Breakages to be paid for.
