Attached to Mill Cottage this property has been recently converted from the original stone building which housed the grain milling machinery. The accommodation has been designed with the living area on the first floor to take advantage of the views.
Outside there is courtyard seating and BBQ area.

The Staircase separates the fully equipped modern kitchen from the dining area. The lounge is situated at the far
end of the room, patio doors open onto a balcony with views across the valley towards Fylingthorpe and Robin Hoods
Bay.
Inclusive of linen, central heating, electricity and laundry facilities.
Parking for 2 cars.

Prices are per week unless otherwise stated (Friday 3pm to Friday 10am) and based on 6 sharing.

Prices include : Bed linen, central heating & hot water, electricity, washing machines / dryers. Towels available at an additional charge of £10.00 per week. A deposit of £100.00 is required on weekly bookings, £50 for short breaks.

Bookings are reserved for 5 days and confirmed on receipt of deposit. We ask that cottages are left clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Breakages to be paid for.
